Professional development in relation to pupils' social, emotional and mental health needs, the SEND Code of Practice and school development

Feedback from senior school staff has indicated a need for longer term and more strategic continuing professional development (CPD) regarding meeting pupils’ social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.

This CPD will focus on whole school development to meet pupils’ SEMH needs using the NCB framework (or any of the other available frameworks if preferred).
